With the inception of the Residential Tenancies Board in 2004 this area of the law has rapidly changed with the introduction of a considerable amount of legislation which provides protections and rights to both residential landlords and tenants. We have a successful proven track record in representing both landlord and tenant clients at adjudication hearings and tribunals at the Residential Tenancies Board and can provide full advice on drafting and serving all necessary notices throughout the lifetime of a tenancy. We can also draft and prepare tenancy agreements, and tailor these to suit the client’s own individual requirements.
